Description

The Pantokrator Mountain Tour is a must-see for visitors to Corfu who want to experience the island's natural beauty and traditional way of life. This half-day tour takes you to the island's highest point, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
As you travel through small settlements and villages, you can take amazing pictures of the valley and the sea towards Paleokastritsa. In the beautiful cobblestoned village of Sokraki, you can enjoy a typical Greek coffee and immerse yourself in the local culture. Remember to visit the olive oil museum and the olive wood carving workshop, which offer a fascinating insight into the island's traditional crafts.
The tour then takes you to the top of the mountain and its Monastery, which boasts ancient frescoes and silver icons. Outside, you have a fantastic view of the island and Albania. You can relax and enjoy the view while sipping coffee at the monasteries café or browsing souvenirs at the shop.
Afterwards, you will visit the highest village on the island, Strinilas. Here, you will have free time to have a traditional Corfiot lunch with local wine in the shade of a gigantic 350-year-old elm tree.
