Description

Our trip with a luxury air-conditioned coach starts early in the morning with a ferry to the Greek mainland. From here, we have a scenic two-hour journey through the Greek mainland. Along the way, we pass picturesque mountains, lakes and forests, offering a glimpse of the region's wild beauty.

Upon arrival in Kalambaka, a town located at the foothills of Meteora, we visit a workshop with handmade Christian icons of Saints. We then drive up to the mythical Meteora, one of the most impressive areas in Greece, dotted with towering rocks and mystical scenery. We visit two famous Meteora monasteries, where you get a guided tour of the unique building techniques and monks' lifestyle.
After the tour, we return to the small town of Kalambaka, where you can taste the delicious Greek cuisine in one of the traditional tavernas and have free time for a walk.
In summary, a trip to Meteora is an unforgettable experience that will leave you mesmerized by the beauty of nature and Greece's unique cultural heritage.

Note that sleeveless clothing and shorts are prohibited while visiting the monasteries, and ladies must wear skirts below the knee.
